Located in the company's production base, the workshop covers an area of 2,000 square meters, equipped with advanced production facilities and technology to enhance manufacturing capabilities and product quality.

This state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed for the production of alkenyl succinic anhydrides (ASA), including octenyl succinic anhydride (OSA) and dodecenyl succinic anhydride (DDSA). These compounds are widely utilized as epoxy curing agents and in various industrial applications.

Equipment and Investment Overview

The workshop is equipped with over 30 pieces of machinery, including 10-15 ton reactors, 3-5 ton receiving tanks, vacuum units, ultra-low temperature refrigeration systems, thermal oil furnaces, and air-cooled towers. With a total investment of approximately 18 million RMB, the equipment ensures high efficiency and automation in the production process.

The advanced equipment facilitates the precise synthesis of alkenyl succinic anhydrides, ensuring consistent quality and performance in end-use applications.

Production Capacity and Technological Advantages

The workshop can produce up to 1,500 tons annually, with an average daily output of 5.5 tons. The entire production process is automated, utilizing state-of-the-art global equipment to ensure an environmentally friendly and efficient production process.
